I know that. But records show I haven’t logged into the account for 2 years and you’ve been charging me still. I didn’t even know I was paying for this in the first place, you most likely signed me up with small print when buying a game.
can I please be given the contact details of someone higher or forwarded to your fraud team
I would understand the rule of no refunds applying to if I had purchased this knowingly but I don’t know what EA play is and would have never willingly signed up and agreed to pay for this

This has been happening to me also and I never even made use of the service. Were you able to do anything with this matter or are EA still as useless?
- 1 year ago@taymurr96_ I had to resolve it with my bank. I tried to talk to EA help, but they just kept asking me for an invoice number I didn’t have. Now all of a sudden after the chargeback I have an invoice for the charge… Like you all I never signed up for this. To make matters worse I didn’t even have access to the “EA access” they are talking about.” I couldn’t talk to anybody on the phone about it.
