This has been happening to me also and I never even made use of the service. Were you able to do anything with this matter or are EA still as useless?
@taymurr96_ I had to resolve it with my bank. I tried to talk to EA help, but they just kept asking me for an invoice number I didn’t have. Now all of a sudden after the chargeback I have an invoice for the charge… Like you all I never signed up for this. To make matters worse I didn’t even have access to the “EA access” they are talking about.” I couldn’t talk to anybody on the phone about it.
