Your sub through Epic works on Epic not the EA app. The EA app has to have its own sub through the EA app.
When you log into Epic and launch a game that is included in the EA Play sub, what specifically is happening? We need more info if there is an issue with the subscription itself on Epic.
How do I connect the EA play system to the EA application via Epic Games? I want to play the games there as well. For example, there is no way out in Epic. Can we play EA portable games with Epic Games registered in EA Play?

@HayabusaF5 You would need to have a subscription for EA Play on Epic Games.
The Sub doesn't transfer from one platform to another. Each platform is its own subscription.

@HayabusaF5 You would have to have an EA Play subscription in the EA app. Linking to Epic only allows you to play the games you have on Epic. This does not include subscription games in EA Play.
