EA Play Fifa 23

I paid for EA Play to have access to the new FIFA 23 that was released this week on EA Play. However, I played for 10 hours and my game closed, stating that my access had ended and I should either pay for EA Play Pro or purchase the game to continue playing. However, the game is still listed as free in the EA Play library. I would like some assistance with this.
