EA play Fraudulent Billing

Hey guys so I'm from Pakistan and I had bought EA play pro for Fc25 and it costed me Pkr 1500 or something like that and that is good value for money so I went for it but this month it charged me for 1500 Indian rupees which translates to around 4500 Pakistani rupees and it had drained all of my pocket money and now I can't get in touch with Ea support to help me either get a refund or charge only the amount I was act due because I signed up knowing I'm paying in Pakistani Rupees and not Indian Rupees
