EA PLAY
Bought annual subscription of EA Play on my xbox, now on my pc and its saying i dont have it on their website or app, have been through Xbox AND Ea support and no one can fix this.

Can someone please sort this out this is not good enough. I am paying for this service.

Hi,
EA Play subscriptions are platform-specific. An EA Play subscription bought on Xbox only applies to Xbox and does not carry over to PC, even if you’re using the same EA account.
That’s why:
- It shows as active on Xbox
- It does not appear on the EA app or website for PC
There isn’t anything Support can “fix” here -- Xbox and PC subscriptions are licensed separately and can’t be transferred or merged.
Your options are:
- Keep using EA Play on Xbox
- Purchase EA Play separately on PC
- Cancel the Xbox renewal if PC is now your main platform
I know that’s frustrating, especially after contacting both support teams, but this is expected behaviour rather than an account error.
