I am not exactly sure if I follow you correctly. What is the issue that you are running into? Are you unable to claim a game on Steam via EA Play for Steam?
Hello @EA_Leeuw
I purchased EA Play subscription through Steam. Although both my EA Account and Steam account are linked, the EA systems does not recognise that I indeed have an EA Play subscription. There is a screenshot from my EA Account page below. It does not apply EA Play discounts on both Origin and the new EA App and shows "Join EA Play" buttons on menus. I don't have any problem claiming a game through Steam via EA Play. My problem is simply the EA Play subscription from Steam does not show in my EA account, EA Play subscription is not synced.

@CDJSlayer06, ah, now I get you.
When buying EA Play via Steam, you can only claim games that are available for EA Play for Steam. It doesn't work for Origin/EA app, if you have EA Play for Steam. Same with EA Play for Origin/EA app, it doesn't work for Steam. Those are considered separate platforms.- 2 years ago
Problem ishat this is horrible oversight on steam side of things. I can´t play my claimed Jedi fallen order due to this lack os sync. Thanks to ea app being backed in to game´s launch process, it simply won´t launch, because lack of sync menas your purchase is not recongized and so a lot of games within steam library of EA play are unplayeble.

Unfortunately I am facing the same issue, I purchased EA play through steam, downloaded FIFA 23 from steam and launched it from steam which them prompted the download of EA app. After logging in with my EA account and linking both Steam Account and EA account the game stops after the first choice made in game, and gives an error message that my EA play subscription is over.
