I just checked your account real quick (which is something we don't normally do via the forums), and everything looks okay from our side.
Just to check; are you still experiencing the issue when you try to launch the game (SWJFO) via Steam?

Hey @HighG,
Could you please perform an EA app recovery and after that verify the game's files via Steam, where afterwards you start the game via Steam again to see if the issue persists? - 2 years ago
Sadly dkdn´t help.
