SO i have game pass ultimate but the microsft account on my PC is on a different email to what my Game pass Gamertag is.
Now i can use game pass fine but when i try play a EA game it automatically signs in with the email under the gamertag NOT the microsoft account.
So when it does this is states i dont have a active EA membership...
Community Manager@ZakkyC For this one, there sounds like there are a few things that are happening.
The email you use is not as important as what EA account your Microsoft account is linked to. The email is only how you sign in. If the Game Pass sub is linked to a different Microsoft account than the one you use to play EA games with, you would need to reach out to Xbox Support.
If your Xbox account is linked to a different EA account altogether, you would need to log into your EA Profile
Go into the connections tab and see which Xbox Gamertag you have listed.
Take a look Here in order to perform steps on how to link and unlink your Gamertag.
If the correct ones are not listed there, you need to speak with an advisor to see what they can do about the linked accounts -

Can you let us know what specifically happen that did not get sorted? We do not handle account or sub issues over the forums as we cannot verify players' accounts here. We need more specific information in order to get you to the right place for this.
