EA play games don't show up on xbox even though accounts are linked

I recently bought an xbox and I previously owned EA play so I linked my account with the EA play to my xbox account however none of the EA play games are available on my xbox. They aren't in my full game library and when I click on them they tell me to buy EA play. If anyone knows how I can play them on my xbox it would be greatly appreciated.

@pbdabst So there are different versions of EA Play you can purchase. Also, sometimes the Xbox account is linked to the wrong EA account which is why you may see that message that makes you purchase it.

Log into EA.com and under your profile, make sure that the Xbox account is linked in the connections tab with that EA account you logged in with.

If you are getting a message that says you must purchase one of the following has happened.

    Accounts are not linked correctly

The subscription was purchased for the wrong account

The subscription itself is linked to the wrong platfrom

I checked and it definitely is linked. Is the EA play I bought just unusable then?

@pbdabst As there are different versions of EA Play. Where did you purchase the subscription? Did you purchase through the Xbox or was it a subscription you set up while on a PC?
