EA Play Hub PS4

Ea play hub launches but the play list and installed games are blank, game trials are all that show up.

Latest version has been installed, have deleted and reinstalled still with no luck

Gotcha, can you try connecting from a hot spot by chance and let me know if you can connect to EA Play and see the available games list?

No i have no VPN.
My region selected and actual location is the same.

Gotcha. Can you run through these steps http://bit.ly/PS4Safe_Mode please and select the option Rebuild Database and let me know if they help?
