EA PLAY infinitie loop

Hello, I have an EA PLAY subscription from Xbox game pass PC and I am trying to get the free trial of FIFA22 and when I try to add it to my collections it makes an infinite loop without result, altho...

    Have you had the chance to try reinstalling the EA Desktop app to see if that helps? If there's something corrupted in the app data that may help. Please let me know if you're still having any trouble afterward. Thanks again.

Yes, I am still facing the same problem, I did not play it on another platform, I am trying to get the first experience, but as you can see there is an infinite loading problem so I cannot add it to my collection.
