Hey I just got a MacBook after playing sims 4 on windows and I had the sims all downloaded but now on my MacBook the sims game is grey and it has no play button I've done everything that was in the thread above but nothing has worked and I can't find answers anywhere.

    Did you buy the game outright when you played on Windows or did you play through the EA Play subscription or Steam?

      Hey i have figured it out now as you said i was on the ea play access subscription and it wasn’t compatible with my macbook so i just bought the game outright and now it works perfectly fine. thanks for the help!
