Hi guys,
the EA app is telling me (after i've payed for the EA play membership), that my system doesn't support the 32 bit and 64 bit version. I don't understand, I'm using the Macbook Pro M2.
Please, can you help me?

@majkyb99 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. The thread is about Sims 4, but the same principle applies to Sims 3: content you have access to through EA Play is not available in macOS even if there exists a Mac version of that content. If you want to play Sims 3, you'll need to cancel your EA Play subscription and buy a standalone copy of the game.

Hi @majkyb99
This looks like you'll need to have the base game re-granted to your account to allow you to play again- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums since we don't have access to your account details over AHQ, but the live support team can review the game entitlements on your account to see what's going on.
Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can look into this a bit further with you- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so that team does have something further to reference. If you have any troubles contacting live support, you can let me know!
