I got EA Play Pro for Origin to get the free sims 4 packs, but it still shows the price on the packs. How do I get free access to the pack?

    @Marvelousladyj  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  EA Play is only available in Windows, so even when you have a subscription, you can't access EA Play-related content in macOS.  I'd suggest contacting EA customer support to cancel the subscription since you won't get anything out of it.

      I appreciate your input here. It was baffling me why the pack I was promised hadn't appeared. 

      It is absolutely abhorrent that EA can advertise the pack for free on Origin when it isn't actually available. I've contacted EA via email about it.
