I have a 2020 Macbook Air. I installed Origin specifically to play it (not sims 4) and got EA Play. I downloaded the game but it will not let me install it. The 64-Bit version comes up but it's grayed out and won't let me click anything--refer to picture. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working. Please help ☹️
@geordyn0823 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, which is that EA Play-related content is not available in macOS even when the content has a Mac version. Please see the first post on page one for more details. The same principle applies to Sims 3 as Sims 4.
