I have purchased EA Play on Mac for Origin to get the Sims 3 (bc its better than Sims 4). However, there is no download button at all. I have been in contact with support multiple times to no avail. The last time I was on support, she ACTUALLY took my information down and said she had sent it to be reviewed and that since other people have had this issue it will be resolved quickly. I am just confused and not sure what to do from here. I am running Origin for Mac on my MacBook Air which has a Silicon M1 chip. I just want to play the Sims 3. I have tried every single troubleshooting technique possible so that will not help.
