EA Play Membership Missing Rewards and Benefits

Hey, EA Play Members,

Are you running into a situation where you are not getting your benefit rewards?

The below information is how to check if you are eligible for member rewards and what to do if you are eligible but have yet to receive the rewards on your account.

  • For EA Play members on PC, you will want to log into your EA profile at EA.com
  • Click on the EA Play tab and you will see your Membership Information
  • You will also have an Xbox or PlayStation listed if you have a Game Pass subscription
  • If you are not seeing the membership, click on the Order History tab on the left (instructions here)
  • Look for a completed order number with the EA Play subscription

Note: For Steam purchases, you can check your purchases with the following steps here.

Next, click on the connections tab to see if your Steam/Epic/Xbox/PlayStation account is linked correctly.

If you are not seeing the correct platform account linked, you will need to locate the correct account which you can do with the steps outlined here.

If linked correctly:

  • Log out of the game and your preferred app
  • Log back in as normal and launch the game
  • Play a match/round
  • Are you still missing the benefits?

Still not seeing the rewards, you can contact our live support at Help.ea.com to request a chat or open a case through email as they will need to look through the account with you.

  • In the Search window type EA Play
  • Select the EA Play icon
  • Select See All Topics
  • Select I'm looking for something I earned
  • Select your preferred contact method
