EA Play membership question?!?

If I purchase a EA Play or Pro membership on the PC can I then use that same membership on my PS4 to also play the free games that comes with the EA Play membership? or would I have to purchase a EA ...

    EA Play memberships are purchased separately for each platform, thanks.
