If it's showing as failed, that means we've not received the funds and the transaction has not been successful. If you've been charged though, you'll want to contact PayPal so they can review those details and see what's happened there.

If you're not able to access your membership in the EA app, please clear your cache with the steps here, let me know if you can access EA Play then.
