EA play membership

so i paid my EA play membership via EA apps and my money had already been  deducted in PayPal.. so how do I claim my membership

    If it's showing as failed, that means we've not received the funds and the transaction has not been successful. If you've been charged though, you'll want to contact PayPal so they can review those details and see what's happened there.
