Wow so now they're at $35.99 (10% off) so the advertised price goes away. This is disappointing.
Community ManagerThe 10% discount will always be there for EA Play members, however in this case it's possible Xbox was running their own promotion that corresponded with the Game Pass with 75% off that game. It may have expired by the time you selected it and the UI wasn't fully refreshed yet. Have you reached out to Xbox Support to see if they are able to confirm it was a pricing promotion they offered?
I've been in touch with EA, Xbox and Microsoft. EA and Microsoft did the best they could to help but the Xbox rep hung up on me while I was explaining the situation.

From working in various customer support companies over my lifetime, it's possible that was a technical disconnection and not forced by the representative, it sadly happens from time to time. I'd try giving them another call to see if they are able to look back into this. We are not able to force this discount from our end because it ultimately goes through the Xbox Marketplace. They would have to provide a discount to your account if there was one available due to the Xbox Game Pass.
