Ea play not working on console even tho it's linked

Hi,

I have been using ea play for a few month now on pc and it's been fine. I've recently wanted to play F1 23 trial on my Xbox. So I connected my Xbox to my ea play account (that is also using the same email as my Xbox account). I was able to download the game but when I launch I'm asked "do you own this game or app?" 

Any ideas?

    Hey @peanutbutter1ol our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.
