EA Play not working properly

I recently went from PS4 to PS5 and this issue is new to me since it didn't happen on PS4, but I can't get EAP Play copy of both Mass Effect Andromeda and Battlefield 1, there's only the option to download a trial or to buy the game, I've already tried updating everything, tried resetting the console multiple times, but the problem persists. Please fix it EA. Thanks.
