EA Play on New Console

I recently switched to a PS4 while previously using an Xbox One.  I have been using EA play for about 3 years now and rather than having to create an entirely new account, I want to switch it over to my PS4. I was successful in unlinking my Xbox account and linked my PS4 account to EA play.  Despite restarting and turning off the PS4, I am unable to downloaded any games with EA play and it continues to ask to purchase a subscription.  

Does anyone know how I can sync the PS4 so that I do not have to purchase a whole new subscription and can have access to the games included?

    Hey @calril34 our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.
