I just got ea play on origin and i cant open it please give a refund i will get ea play on my PS4 account

I have never signed up for EA play or used it, there is no record history of me subscribing to EA play or order history, no billing or payment details on my account. No membership at all but I have been charged for EA play from my bank account £3.99 monthly since September. I have called my bank to cancel the payments but they have asked me to contact You, I have tried so hard looking for contact details but nothing. I demand a refund of £31.92!
