EA Play PC + PS5

Hi,

I bought a copy of Fifa 23 for PC and a bought a separate copy on PS5 for my son. All accounts are linked to my one personal email. If my son is playing Ultimate Team on PS5, I cannot play Ultimate Team on my PC because the system detects the email is already in use online on the ps5 account.

I purchased EA Play Pro for PC so I can play EA FC 24 early. If I want to buy a separate EA Play Pro account for my son on PS5, do I have to create and use an entirely different email address for both EA Play and EA FC so we can both play under our Ultimate Teams without having an account conflict?

What is the proper way to handle the two accounts?

@NextNextBigThing Essentially you would need to separate the console to another EA account since it uses the same EA login. You can log into profile.ea.com, and then you can delink the console and link it to a new EA account. If the option is not there for you, you can contact support so that they can take a look at that with you. If you keep them linked though, you will run into the same issue.

    Link and unlink accounts Here!
