EA play play game with friends

I'm trying to understand how playing with friends on multiplayer might work. Say my friend e.g. bought a copy of BFV and plays multiplayer through origin EA using that license. If subscribe to EA P...

    @dysfunxnDroid Same for PC. If you're both on PC you can play each other.

Hey there!

Not all games are cross platform, BFV is not cross-platform so as long as your friend is also on Xbox you can both play with each other in games. You can both squad up to get thrown into a random server or select a specific one from a list via the server browser. I recommend the server browser so you can both gauge which one has the most optimal ping if you're both from different parts of the world, otherwise lag is the only factor that can stop you from fully enjoying the game together.
