EA Play Pro - Right of Withdrawal

Hi all,

Obviously the chat times at the moment are insanity - no sign of getting through to an agent.

I've opened a case on EA Support saying I want to activate my right of withdrawal under EU/EEA rights and request a refund for my EA Play Pro subscription.

I can't stay around all evening waiting for an agent - does anyone know if EA email to give a response if you don't stay for the chat?
