No response to my fraud payment appeal – Case #222518958

I opened an appeal on Sept 14, 2025 regarding a payment issue with my EA subscription (Case ID: #222518958). I updated the case on Sept 17, but I have not received any reply yet.
Here is my situation:
I paid the full yearly subscription price in advance using my old credit card.
After that payment, I canceled the old card with my bank and replaced it with a new one.
Even though the subscription was fully paid, my account was affected and flagged as if there was a fraud or payment problem.
This seems to be a mistake, since EA’s subscription terms clearly state that once the subscription is paid, I should still have full access until the end of the paid period.
I kindly ask EA staff to review my case again, as this is not an unpaid or fraudulent charge — the subscription was fully paid before I changed my card.
