EA Play Pro Anual Withdrawal

Hello guys. My account was suspended after I broke an agreement about sign a anual service of EA Play Pro outside my country (that does not have the service internally). I used VPN to sign the service, but EA suspended my account. I agree with those action but a was not withdrawal on my purchase. I used less than 3 hours after account suspension and according to my country consumer rights I have to be withdrawn in my purchase. I asked on support account but the replies is automatically and just answered about my account but not about financials issues.

I came here to ask a financial support, and knows how can I be withdrawn for this anual purchase.
