Ea Play PRO Canceled and refunded WITHOUT ASKING

Question

Hi,I don't know what happened but I received an email that says that my subscription has been canceled and refunded "As per my request". Request I NEVER MADE!Can someone please tell me what happened or what is going on?It is not phishing as my account now says that EA Play Pro is not active.Nobody entered my account, I have an unique password and 2FA and certainly if someone would enter my account it wouldn't ask for refund lol
