i have same problem. I got the points on fc 25 but not on fc 24

If i buy ea play pro today, will i still get the hero pack?

Thank you for your help. I did purchase before the date and ended up getting all early access rewards, except for the 250 000 coins. I have been trying to send a support ticket, but I cannot find any way to do so!! If you could help me solve this issue that would be appreciated, you probably can see my account.

@kevinkvist If you are running into the same issue, you would need to follow the same steps above and reach out to live support on this one.

This is the easiest way to do it:

• Select the Games Support tab
• Select EA App or EA account
• Select See all help topics
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

Did you resolve this? I’m having the same issue rn but I only have an Xbox.
