Hi cankilic1,

If you open a case at help.ea.com, you should be able to get assistance with this.

Thank you for your reply. I have already opened a case at help.ea.com, but they directed me here to the forum. That’s why I’m posting this issue here, because I was told it could be reviewed by the community manager or relevant team.
