How to find EA Play on PC payment and billing information

Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used to join EA Play.
Select the Subscriptions and Memberships tab and choose EA Play.
Check the Billing information section for your payment and billing information.

Make sure you have a payment method saved to remain an active EA Play member. Find out more about what payment methods you can use to buy EA games and products.

hello. I have already checked this information and my EA Play payment details are correct. Moreover, I updated my card about 1 month before any billing occurred. The issue is not on my side; it originates from a mistake in the system

  Next month you’ll get your 2000 FC Points, and then another 2000 the month after that — that’s how it’s supposed to be credited. But hey, with EA you never know… they might try to trick you ;)
