EA Play Pro Membership was canceled due to payment method
I got 2 e-mails at noon today, one saying that I needed to update my payment method and the other saying that my subscription was canceled. one came at 13:01 and the other at 13:02. I had updated my payment method 3-4 days ago, but my subscription was canceled with an error. The message said to contact EA Support, but I can't contact EA Support. How can I update my subscription?
@EA_Shepard thanks it worked. I was able to go to the support section. I also created a case, but after saying resume case, it gives time for chat. the time is constantly changing. i have been waiting for about 30 min for 7 min waiting time to pass. how can i solve this problem.
