EA play Pro not including NEW GAMES

When I first subscribed to EA Play Pro, it was clearly advertised that all major EA titles would be included in the subscription. This promise was a key reason I chose to remain a loyal member. However, I’ve recently discovered that two major new releases Split Fiction and F1 2025 are no longer part of the subscription offering. These were games I specifically kept my membership for, and their sudden exclusion feels like a breach of the original commitment made to subscribers. This change, without clear communication like an Email or justification, feels like false advertising. Moreover, the price of the subscription was already increased.

I’ve decided to cancel my subscription as a result and would like to know what exactly changed and whether affected members will receive a refund or compensation for this misleading shift in policy.

You are failing to respond to 2 important points he made. First, when did the policy change? I also only remain subscribed to EA pro for day 1 access to EA games otherwise I would pay significantly less for standard EA play or honestly not subscribe at all and purchase the game on sale post release. When did this policy change and please forward us a link to the announcement of this change. Second you sent a link about F1 25 and not split fiction. Clearly Split fiction is post release and not available on EA play pro. New terms and agreements should not have applied to subscribers already enrolled without us specifically agreeing before allowing an auto renewal. Completely unacceptable and not providing simple answers, even more so.
