ea play pro refund request

hi,

i'm requesting a refund for my ea play pro 1 month subscription, as I can't play NFS unbound, the game i got the subscription for. I get this error (pictured) which pops up infinitely

the error occurs on the EA app, not the origin app. If i load the game on origin it does not detect my save games.

there's too many problems going on in this situation, and i'd just like my 20 dollars back because im sick of jumping through troubleshooting hoops with horrible tech support
