EA PLAY PRO REFUND

i've bought EA Play Pro and i'm from Turkey. I cancelled immediately because i cant access EA FC 26 from this account. Yet still no refund because we can't access live chat at all!!! Please someone contact me and refund my Ea Play Pro fee, quickly.
