EA Play Pro Rewards,i need help

4x Exclusive emblems and Fire Axe Melee Weapon There are only two emblems on my account, Fire Axe Melee Weapon I can't find, so can 1 send it to my account?

I saw that the bonus for activating EA Play Pro shows that it gets an axe melee weapon. So why don't pro members give it to me, or is it fake at all?

Oh, I thought you were referring to the EA Play 2019 emblem; are you talking about EA Access or Origin Access Basic/Premiere?

Premiere offered the Silver Plated M1911 as a limited time bonus before but they eventually removed it in favour of a basic subscription; I'm not seeing any mention of an Axe.

Fire Axe was one of the Trial By Fire rewards if I'm not mistaken

@TTZ_DipsyYou're not mistaken, it was definitely an early Tides of War reward.

@AntarcticStarsHave you upgraded to the Definitive Edition through EA Play Pro? I don't use the service myself, so I'm relying a lot on the info I can find, but it sounds like that's required. Even then I can't find a list of exactly what's provided (still looking so will update if possible) and while I upgraded to the Definitive Edition a few months ago I already had the fire axe unlocked so can't confirm if it would have been provided.

  I've upgraded. You got the fire axe. All I can say is, man, you're so lucky. When I upgraded, there was only one dagger and two subscription badges and a suit. Other than that, I don't see a fire axe. Customer service can't help me either. I'm very distressed

    @AntarcticStarsJust to clarify, I have the Fire Axe as I completed the Tides of War challenge at the time, rather than getting it from upgrading my game edition.
    
    I can tell you it's not provided with the Definitive Edition as I've just checked what's provided in game and it's not listed (screenshot below).
    
    Where exactly did you see that the Fire Axe is provided with EA Play Pro? The reason I ask is because I just can't find that info but might just be looking in the wrong place.

I found that I could get this reward by opening ea play pro, so I gave it a try, but it didn't give it to me。
