    When helping with certain issues, like account changes, subscriptions and so forth, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently. CMs also do not handle payment issues with subscriptions as we don't have a way to.

     

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

     

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

Hello,

I have EA Play Pro Subscription and it will be renewed in 21 August automatically but I have confusion price of the renewal. In April, EA Play currency has been changed from TL to Dollar in Turkey. Normally, EA Play Annual Price is 119,99 Dollar and it equals 4000 TL approximately.

When I check the my EA Play account, I see that my subscription will be renewed for 119,99 Dollars (4000 TL approximately) but I taken e-mail from EA and they stated that my subscription will be renewed for 999 TL (EA Play Pro Price before April). Which one is true, how much will I pay for renewal?

I'm talking right now to the agent and he told me the same thing it will be 999.99 + tax

My account in the renewal section shows the same thing

I ask him about the 199.9 dollar price and he told me I can't see this information but it won't be 4000 TL

But he advice me to put more money that 999.99 TL in my card

My renewal date is 22/8/2024

    @JmShehabi87 This is actually good banking advice in general. It is always better to have more in your account than what any sort of renewals for anything would be.

    Having said that a full year of EA Play Pro now does cost $119.99 here in the US so I would assume that is what the renewal price would be. Right now that is equivalent to exactly 4,074.91 Turkish lira as of this moment.

    Since I don't work at EA I can't say whether or not your price is changing from what it was before but I would say it's better to be cautious and assume that it will be this price unless told otherwise directly from EA themselves.

    Bu aslında genel olarak iyi bir bankacılık tavsiyesidir. Hesabınızda herhangi bir şey için herhangi bir yenilemenin olacağından daha fazlasının olması her zaman daha iyidir.

    EA Play Pro'nun tam bir yılının ABD'de şu anda 119,99 dolara mal olduğunu söylemiştim, bu yüzden yenileme fiyatının bu olacağını varsayıyorum. Şu anda bu tam olarak 4.074,91 Türk lirasına denk geliyor.

    EA'da çalışmadığım için fiyatınızın eskisine göre değişip değişmediğini söyleyemem ancak dikkatli olmanın ve doğrudan EA tarafından aksi söylenmediği sürece bu fiyat olacağını varsaymanın daha iyi olacağını söyleyebilirim.

      Hello everyone,

      the prices in Turkey for EA Play memberships were changed to align with recent pricing changes on Steam so that we can keep our pricing the same across all platforms. Due to that the price has changed and if you are resubscribing, you will be charged with the new price.
