EA Play PS5

I purchased EA Play for my PS5 I'm trying to purchase virtual currency for EA College Football 26 & I want to get it cheaper by using the EA Play tab & it keeps saying I need to purchase a  Subscription. I already purchased the annual one two weeks ago. I go to my EA account & it says my EA Play account is active & my PSN account is linked why isn't it working?
