EA PLAY PSN ISSUE

Hello, I have been an EA play subscriber for quite some time now. I have a subscription through Xbox game pass, but have decided to start playing PlayStation. I linked my PlayStation account with my EA Play account so I could play the EA play games available on PlayStation. However, I tried to download one of the games and it is trying to make me resubscribe to EA play. I'm not going to resubscribe to EA play as I already pay for one subscription. Can you help me fix my issue and give my PlayStation account access to EA play. Thanks

    Hey, @bigdarrie 

    I understand that you are an EA Play member due to the Xbox Game Pass service being active on your Microsoft account. However, it's important to note that membership plans for EA Play are separate for each platform. Therefore, your EA Play membership from your Xbox account cannot be transferred to your PlayStation account, and you would have to purchase a separate membership for your PlayStation account.
