EA play refund possible?

How do i refund my EA play membership? I dont want it anymore and i forgot that it would automatically be bought again. If i cant refund then how do i stop it so it wouldnt buy the membership again n...

    Hi @Yeos_Man,

    The categories available are limited somewhat. There isn't a refund category to select there as refunds aren't available for EA Play subscriptions aside from the rare exception. For now, select an option like 'Orders' or 'Manage my membership' and when speaking to the agent provide additional context. The agent will then review your case to see if you meet the criteria for a refund.

    Quick update: i got the refund! Thank you for your help.

    Oh and also how do i make it so the payment for the membership isn't recurring?

      Hello, I need help getting a refund, I accidentally bought the membership when trying to buy a game and it was the only money I had left
