EA Play refund request
Hello, I'd like to get a refund for my EA Play subscription, I bought it from the playstation store thinking I can play EA FC 24, that's the only reason I subscribed, and a I can't even play the game...
@zxewqy Hey, for any sub refunds, you would have to contact Sony. EA has no visibility into refunding a subscription that is placed through consoles as those aren't charged by the EA app. Those charges are made by Sony and therefore subject to the Terms of Service of their refund policy.
