Ea play refund

Good afternoon, I haven’t used EA play for more than six months, a couple of days ago I was charged for an annual subscription. I immediately opened a ticket with technical support but it was closed ...

    We aren't able to process a refund for you here on the forums, and it looks like your live chats haven't connected to an advisor yet on the help site.

    If the live chat doesn't connect, try the following:
