EA Play Refund
Hello,
I read that no in every situastions Ea Play is refundable, but there is a chance, so one month a go i bought ea play to play fifa, after 20 minutes fifa stop working so i quit the game and give opinion, i looked two more times if my card is disabled on my account to not charge me, but yesterday they charged me, maybe is there any chance to me to get refund but i cannot find the way to talk with normal person via chat or anything. Do you know how can i get a way to talk with someone?

Hey, @MikseGame04 When a card is removed, if it was linked to a subscription, refund or purchase, removing the card won't change that. The system still has access to the card details that were on file. Most online systems work this way with subscriptions.
