Hello I have not received my EAplay rewards this month for fifa 23 and I need them to claim my level 30 reward please help asap.
We pay you legit money for a reward and we end up begging you for this reward. It is unacceptable. The less you can do is give everyone who has ea play the level 30 or refund the money.
EA Play Rewards aren't showing up at all in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on PS5
I can’t claim my rewards even though I’ve had Ea play for months now and when I go on their website to try and claim it, it says that I need to pay for a subscription even though I already do?
I didn't receive my ea play rewards PS5 / fifa 23, is there's something i'm missing here ?
I also missed out on Level 30 rewards because I did not receive my EA Play Rewards XP, and was told by EA Help that they had been blocked from granting any XP when I reported the issue.
I have my EA Play boguth for 2 months straight and didnt receive ingame rewards like rest of community. I cannot contact with EA via contact since it doesn't work.
I've got my EA Play subscription working and can download games but it doesn't give out in game rewards like it did before. Please contact me via mail or here on forum.I haven’t received my fifa 23 rewards for last season and this season even though I had an active ea play subscription. Live chat told me to mention here
It is impossible to contact your support whenever i try to open new thread on Ea help it does not let me. I just want rewards that I have paid for.

Here are some steps below that may be useful to check through in order to claim your rewards.
EA Play - Learn about EA Play for PlayStation
First, you want to make sure you log into your EA profile here and click on the connections tab to see if your accounts are linked correctly.
If they are linked correctly, make sure you had a chance to restart the game and play a few rounds, If you still aren't seeing those, please get in touch with our support directly so they can verify that information and look into this further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email as they will need to look through the account with you.
- Select the game, EA App/EA Play
- Then select Platform
- Manage my Account
- Chose the appropriate option
