EA Play Subscription and Double Billing

I originally wanted to play Get Famous and access the Get Famous World so I clicked on the Get Famous World icon on the World map in the app.  Your app directed me to subscribe to EA Play for 5.99, which is what I did. Then instead of the Get Famous world beginning to download or do the things it does so i could play it.  Immediately Get to Work World went opaque on the world map and had a message saying that I needed to wait for a download to play it (in addition to not being what I originally wanted, later I would find that it never fully downloaded).  Consequently, I was double billed and I can't access my EA Play game subscription to play Sims 4, which I paid for around 9:30 pm Eastern time (#[EDIT]).  It keeps saying to restart when downloaded and I started downloading around 9:30 pm Eastern time and it's now 2 am. I closed it out then opened it up again.  When I saw that it still had the same message on the world map in game, I attempted to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work.  Then I looked at my account to see if my payment went through.   I found that my initial order (#[EDIT]) at 9:30 Eastern time was completed, for 5.99 and then you (EA) attempted to bill me again for the same transaction but a different order number (#[EDIT]) for the same EA Play game monthly subscription plan and my Bank rejected it because it was unauthorized.  Right now I can't play the game.  It's in some sort of limbo and I paid for the 5.99 EA Play subscription plan.  Please cancel order #[EDIT]and honor order #[EDIT]which was completed.  Meaning you guys have my 5.99 and now I want to play my games.  I've included a screenshot of double billing. Please don't forget to address the issue regarding  Get Famous and Get to Work.   I joined so I could play Get Famous.  If I can't play that please provide me with a list of Sims 4 games I can play with the 5.99 subscription.  THANKS!
