EA Play Pro Subscription Cancelled Earlier Than Email Date
Hello,
I have been an EA Play Pro subscriber for 3 years and I really enjoy the service. Recently, my subscription was cancelled due to a payment issue, but I did not intend to cancel it.
The email I received stated October 15, 2025, as the payment date, but my subscription was cancelled earlier than that. This left me without enough time to add my new payment method.
I have now added a new payment method to my EA account and I am ready to make the payment immediately.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, the email clearly mentions October 15 as the date. Could you please review my case and let me know if there is any way to restore my EA Play Pro subscription from my previous billing cycle instead of starting a new one?
